Early Arrival/Late Departure Policy

Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

For stays between 2025.12.23 - 2026.01.10: 50% penalty for cancellations within 7 days; 100% penalty for cancellations within 4 days.

For stays between 2025.12.23 - 2026.01.10: 50% penalty for cancellations within 30 days; 100% penalty for cancellations within 15 days.

Drone Prohibition Policy

We prohibit any guests or staff from operating unmanned aerial systems or drones within or above resort premises, including model aircraft used recreationally. This includes drones used for photography or video recording, as well as those operated by media or journalists within or above the boundaries of the resort area. This ban applies to any devices launched or operated from within the resort, as well as any devices launched from private property outside the resort boundaries.

Occasionally, Sun Siyam Resorts may use drones for commercial purposes. In such cases, we strive to fully protect the privacy and tranquility of our guests.
